Over time, our society will become sicker but seldom have we considered that the increase of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and other diseases in our bodies might result from mismanagement of our health affairs. The average person needs guidance, not a disease diagnosis and just taking “a drug.” Unless we seek advice from a professional health coach to help support our immune system, provide guidance on nutrition at our cellular level, and detoxify, good health may be a vanishing experience! Health Optimization Coaching I help you identify areas of concern, priorities, and potential and work with you to design a program for your health optimization journey. As part of our comprehensive approach, I will gather a wide range of health data, including your dental, medical, social, surgical, family, occupational, environmental, emotional, and nutritional status. In addition, I will assess your tongue and interpret functional lab results (Hair mineral, cortisol levels, hormonal status, heavy metals), and other factors that may be impacting your overall health and immunity). After reviewing your health profile, a health Optimization program is designed for you, which includes; An explanation of what various aspects of this history mean to your health. Suggestions for self-directed healing techniques, a nutritional program with tailored dietary supplements to address your needs, sleep help techniques,and referral for therapies and services provided by network of other integrative health professionals related to your issues.
