Course Outline
History of Natural traditional and original healing systems
This course presents an overview of the history leading up to ill
health and disease management. We will look at the impact our
habits, environmental, culture, lifestyles, foods, stress, past
beliefs and negative attitudes have on our Health as individuals
and as a society.
Principles and Practice of Natural Health (Part A).
History of Natural Health from ancient times to the current Health
Crisis, and Natural Health- the rules for all protocols
Principles and Practice of Natural Health (Part B).
In this section, we will discuss the whole body's healing system.
Emotion and Health: with particularly emphasizing emotional Health as the foundation
of healing.
Acidosis and Oxygenation
Part A. In this section, we will discuss how Acidosis is the depletion
of the body's mineral reserves and is the precursor of many
disease conditions. In addition, how faulty breathing contributes to
Acidosis.
pH Affects the structures of the body.
Complete a 7-day pH urine and saliva log
Minerals and Health (Part A)
In this session, we will discuss minerals as the foundation of Health, emphasizing oligo minerals.
Minerals and Health (Part B)
This section will continue our discussions of oligo minerals, emphasizing the general
biochemical reactive syndromes and neuro-hormonal dysfunctions.
Mineral and Health (Part C)
This section will discuss the relationship between Minerals, emotional Health, the nervous
the system, and endocrine disturbances.
Foundation of Nutritional Therapy:
This section will discuss the foundation of orthomolecular nutrition, dietary
protocols, nutritional supplements, and drug-nutrient interaction.
Health Assessment-Part A-Observation
High-quality direct observation and interviewing are significant implications for learning. From
a formative perspective, learner's observation supports the development of their health coaching
skills and is a valuable tool for assessing clients' progress;
Health Assessment Part B-Interview
In this section, you will learn how to interview for a completely functional health assessment of
the body- systems to achieve mineral balance. Then, accomplish a detoxification health
assessment, documentation, and interpretation of the client's functional evaluation, and formulate
a wellness program based on each client's needs.
The Eclectic Remedies
The main focus of health coaching is to guide self-care guidance, but although health coaches do
not diagnose and provide cures for diseases, understanding essential eclectic remedies for clients.
Why self-help is crucial to the health coach.
We will discuss some simple, effective eclectic remedies and protocols for self-care.
