Dame Dr. McKenzie served as the president of the World Organization of Natural Medicine-Canadian Chapter from 2003 to 2007 and its current president. In addition, she served as the Health DIPLOMAT of the International Parliament from 2003 until 2013. Her portfolio was middle east region. She is also certified as a health educator under the United Nations Academic Impact.
